DotBlackMedia provides video editing, motion graphics, and design services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in our service packages or custom quotes.
Payments for services are due as agreed upon in the invoice or subscription plan. First-month fees for subscriptions are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for subsequent months may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final delivered content. DotBlackMedia retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and social media unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Revisions are included as per the selected service package. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges. We adhere to a "fair use" policy for unlimited revision plans to strictly prevent abuse.
DotBlackMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DotBlackMedia operates.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
